At Studio Artisono, we focus on friends, fun, and art. Our relaxing art lounge and gallery has beginner-friendly paint and sip experiences guided by our talented artists, who will lead you step-by-step through your chosen artwork. All art materials are provided, so just come prepared with your imagination! The Studio is open before and after an experience session. Sessions typically run between 2-3 hours, allowing you to get comfortable, relax and create.

The ticket price per session includes everything you'll need to create your masterpiece and depending on the event your ticket may also include a beverage and tapas/snacks. We are not a BYO venue. You'll have all the necessary equipment provided, including: - A blank canvas - Acrylic paints - Brushes - Table easel - Studio Artisono apron to use Beverages and Snacks are available for purchase in addition to those included in your ticket price ( where applicable ) depending on the event. All Studio Artisono sessions include guidance from our skilled artists to help you unleash your inner creativity.

Yes, Studio Artisono is an event only venue - private ticket bookings are essential at Studio Artisono. We have limited spots available, so you will need to book in advance. Sometimes, we book out months in advance, so be sure to secure your spot early!

All participants in Studio Artisono events must be 18 and over. However, we do offer special events for all ages, such as school holiday events and private functions/ birthdays. These events will be indicated on the event ie "Kids," and "All Ages" , “ Youth Fun 13 – 17” on the session details!

We recommend arriving at the studio 15 minutes before the session commences to allow time for setting up and getting comfortable. The estimated running time of the sessions is between 2-3 hours. The Art Lounge is open for ticketed guests before and after the session so that you can enjoy a drink and relax with friends rather than rush away!

If you're running late, please don't panic. Our artists will be busy providing the group art steps, so just arrive when you can, and we'll catch you up during the next paint-drying break.

We always do our best to ensure that groups are placed together. If you and your friends are booking separately, it's best to arrive a little earlier to ensure we can seat your group together. Seating in our paint and sip studios operates on a "first in, best dressed" basis. We have a range of seating table options – including high and low painting tables or try out a Professional Standing Easle.

Art and Fashion go hand in hand! You can dress up, make your paint, and sip a themed event, or simply come dressed for an enjoyable evening date or party on the weekend. We do have a footwear dress code – No thongs. As our experience involves paint, we recommend wearing something you wouldn't mind getting paint on or couldn't be dry cleaned. We'll provide aprons to minimize any accidental paint mishaps.

We encourage creativity and self-expression at Studio Artisono. While we provide step-by-step instructions as a guide, feel free to add your own unique touch to your artwork.

This will be included in your private ticket price where the event caters to alcohol and you will be able to purchase additional beverages where applicable. Studio Artisono events are not usually BYO. If there is a BYO event it will be described on the booking site. Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks can always be purchased from the Art Lounge when it is open.

At Studio Artisono we have a range of nibbles and food available to purchase if they are not included in your ticket. You can enjoy a selection of nibbles while you paint and sip. You can also choose to order one of our hand-crafted, locally sourced grazing boards to make things even easier. Unfortunately due to policy regulations you cannot bring your own food or alcohol to Studio Artisono.

In the rare event that a session is cancelled, you will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. You will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session, a studio credit for future use, or a refund.

This will depend on the Event. Tickets will have the details. We are not a BYO venue. Check the type of Studio Artisono experience you've booked, and feel free to reach out to your local studio if you have any questions.

Many of our studios have limited storage space. Some studios may hold artwork for a week, but after that, they will donate the canvas to a local organization. If you left your artwork behind, be sure to get in touch with the studio to arrange collection!

Absolutely! Studio Artisono welcomes private functions of all types, including birthdays, Girls nights, team-building events, Baby Reveal teas, Book Launches, Business Networking and Artist Profile Events and more. We also create bespoke creativity parties to suit your requests as we do more than just paint ! There are minimum number bookings for all private events. If you can't meet the minimum requirements for a private function, don't worry. You can still join our public sessions with your group and celebrate together! Talk to us and we can help to accommodate your group.

Private function deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your private function, the deposit can be transferred to an alternate date suitable for you and Studio Artisono, or returned as a studio credit. If the full amount has been paid and it is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your private function to another date that works for both you and the studio. We understand the importance of your private functions and their arrangements. However, please note that within 2 weeks before your session date, we are unable to process refunds or reschedule private functions, and the full amount will be forfeited in such cases. We sincerely hope this situation never arises. At Studio Artisono, we take pride in providing an exceptional private event experience. Regarding gift vouchers, we offer a selection for both our sessions or in-store products in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $120, $180, and $250, which can be credited towards an upcoming session or art gifts at the studio. We don't provide physical gift cards, our vouchers can be conveniently emailed to either the purchaser or the recipient at a preferred time and date. Please be aware that Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for beverages or food or used for purchasing another gift card. Additionally, 'Exclusive' gift cards can only be used for the event at the studio where they were purchased. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled, the funds can only be reissued as an 'Exclusive' gift card, subject to cancellation/rebooking fees. We want your gift giving experience to be smooth and enjoyable, so please ensure you carefully choose the gift card. We do not offer refunds for Gift Vouchers, and they must be used before their expiry date.
